Dear Parent/Carer,
We have tried very hard to stay open this morning, but have reached the point where too many staff, many of whom have set off for work, have been able to make it in to open safely. Hence, we will be closed today.
We are very sorry that we have become the latest in what is now a large number of local schools to close over the last 30 minutes or so. Further details on the provision of work for today to follow shortly. Any students who arrive in school will be supervised until we can arrange for them to go home safely.
